All minors (under age 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian while at the track for racing or practice riding.  Riders joining the club must be accompanied by a parent the first time out.  Parents can designate a guardian for the day using the form below.  Cut and paste the form, fill it out and have it notarized and you are ready to go.
